Mr Carter was quick to respond to my request for a quote and when he learned we did not have heat, he quickly got us on the schedule right before Thanksgiving. Communication was clear and easy. The payment process was also simple and easy.

Mr. Carter has installed 2 HVAC units for us and did so in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I recently needed a capacitor replaced and within less than 24 hours he had repaired my air conditioner. He communicates well and payment was convenient for me. I highly recommend.
